Due to the nature of the products and the fact that our business also helps animals in shelters and rescues with every purchase we do not accept returns. We do strive to make quality products and if for any reason you aren't satisfied we will strive to make you, our customer, happy.
If we both do agree upon an exchange, we are not responsible for providing a return shipping label. Depending on if the product is custom made or hand dyed, there may be a 10%-20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be discussed prior to return.
All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) and returned in brand new, unused condition. Tracking also MUST be provided to us from you.
We are not responsible for lost items or items that take longer than expected to arrive in transit. All our packages are shipped in brand new, unused condition and should arrive as such but we are not responsible for packages that are destroyed prior to arrival please be sure to file a complaint with USPS and/or request insurance to be added at an additional cost to you.
